Jennifer Aniston has been swearing by a special ritual for the past 30 years — and it involves a lot of female empowerment and friendship.

In a new interview with The New York Times, the "Morning Show" star spoke about a ritual called a "Goddess Circle" that she has shared with her closest girlfriends for decades.

Aniston said she's been doing these special spiritual rituals for 30 years, and they involve a talking stick and women supporting one another

She said that for the past three decades, she has gathered with her friends to sit cross-legged on cushions in her living room, passing around a "beechwood talking stick decorated with feathers and charms" and setting an intention.

Aniston said that these Goddess Circles typically happen around major life events, including both her wedding to Brad Pitt and wedding to Justin Theroux. She said they also happen when her friends give birth and that she had one when she and Theroux put their dog, Dolly, to sleep.

She added, "The intention of a circle is to have a nurturing, non-judge mental place where women can be vulnerable and support each other while also enjoying fun and spiritual rituals together."

The actress said her most recent Goddess Circle happened in February around her 50th birthday as a way to celebrate her next chapter.

The group had been traveling to Mexico for a birthday trip when the plane had to make an emergency landing due to a missing tire, but they were able to make it safely, gathering for a Goddess Circle the next night.

Goddess circles can be different for every group and they oftentimes feature readings, music, and candles

Although Aniston shared some details about her own experience with the ritual, each Goddess Circle is quite unique and features different elements.

On her website, modern mystic C. Ara Campbell, who says she is the founder of the Goddess Circle, said the spiritual gathering "is dedicated to reclaiming the powerful feminine energy found within and surrounding us all; to embodying and living your truth and your highest purpose."

She said the circles are also meant to move people toward "sacred unity" and they are also supposed to inspire creativity.

Each Goddess Circle can have different elements, including candles and mood lighting, readings, music, and food, but most follow a set order and are dictated by a facilitator, who guides the circle and connects each person together to harness energy as the women set their intentions for the night.

This isn't the first time Aniston has opened up about the importance and power of her female friendships

courteney cox jennifer aniston

Aniston has often spoken about her female friendships — and she counts celebrities like Courteney Cox, Reese Witherspoon, Chelsea Handler, and Lisa Kudrow, to be some of her closest pals.

In 2018, she told Elle magazine that friendship has always been important to her and it was her mother who influenced her love of entertaining.

Of her close-knit crew, she said, "We always joke that we raised each other, we mothered each other, we sistered each other, we've been kids to each other," adding that her friends are a big part of her happiness as an adult.

"What brings me happiness? I have a great job. I have a great family. I have great friends. I have no reason to feel otherwise. If I did, I would need to go get an attitude shift, a perspective shift," she told the publication.

Actress Mila Kunis has also voiced her views about the downsides of social media, which is why she hasn't created any accounts. Actress Jennifer Aniston told Howard Stern that she didn't think a "Friends" reboot would be a good idea — and would even "ruin" the legacy of the iconic sitcom.

"There's an idea where if there's a reboot of the show, it won't be even close to as good as what it was, so why do it?" the actress told Stern during an interview on his radio show Monday.

Stern suggested to Aniston that a potential reboot would "ruin" the NBC show, and the actress agreed.

"It would ruin it," Aniston echoed. She also agreed with Stern when the host emphasized that the "legacy" of the show "is everything."

But Aniston still had nothing but love for her "Friends" costars, and revealed that they'd recently had dinner together.

"[David] Schwimmer was in town, and we all had a window of time, and so we all got together," the actress said to Stern.

According to Aniston, the famous friends had dinner at Courteney Cox's home, and enjoyed themselves during their mini reunion.

"We laughed so hard," Aniston said.

She also said that the stars still miss working together on the hit show.

"We all miss it every day," she told Stern. "I would be nothing without it."

This isn't the first time Aniston has spoken about the possibility of a "Friends" reboot. In June, the actress said she'd be interested in a reboot of the show, and that her fellow castmates would probably be down, too. And in August 2018, she even told InStyle that she "fantasize[s]" about the return of the hit sitcom

But the show's creators have mostly shut down speculation that a "Friends" reboot would happen anytime soon.

"We set out to make a show about people in their 20s," Kevin Bright, an executive producer on "Friends,"told the New York Times about a potential reboot.

"And I hate to break the news to you, they're not 20 anymore. They're 50."

The show's cocreator David Crane shared a similar statement with the Times

"Look, I feel so blessed in terms of the success the show has had and continues to have," Crane told the publication. "If it all ended today, I couldn't be happier."

Jennifer Aniston has bemoaned the lack of good film roles, saying that Hollywood is "diminishing" with all the "big Marvel movies."

"You're seeing what's available out there and it's just diminishing and diminishing in terms of, it's big Marvel movies," Aniston told Variety. "Or things that I'm not just asked to do or really that interested in living in a green screen."

She added that the movie business has "changed so much."

"I think we would so love to have the era of Meg Ryan come back," she said.

"I just think it would be nice to go into a movie theatre, sit cozy. I think we should have a resurgence. Let's get the 'Terms of Endearment' back out there. You know, 'Heaven Can Wait,' 'Young Frankenstein,' 'Blazing Saddles,' 'Goodbye Girl.'"

Elsewhere in the interview, Aniston reflected on the TV role she is most famous for: Rachel Green in "Friends."

"I think the reason ["Friends"] still continues to be popular is that the its thesis was that you don't need a romantic partner if your friends are everything. That was an idea that was ahead of its time.

"It makes you happy. Even when I stumble on it, it makes me happy. I love it and I've also forgotten most of it, so it's really fun for me to rediscover."

Jennifer Aniston finally joined Instagram, and she marked her debut by sharing a photo with all her "Friends" costars.

The actress, known for her role as Rachel Green on the hit NBC sitcom, posted a selfie with Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), David Schwimmer (Ross Geller), and Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing).

"And now we're Instagram FRIENDS too. HI INSTAGRAM," Aniston captioned the image

Her bio reads, "My friends call me Jen," and Aniston followed many of her famous friends on the social media platform, including Ellen DeGeneres, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Adam Sandler, and Dolly Parton. She followed ex-husband Justin Theroux, too.

Aniston also commented on a throwback photo shared by LeBlanc and said that he didn't need to use a hashtag for her name. Instead, he can now tag her in photos using her Instagram account.

It's unclear when the image was taken, but Aniston recently opened up to Howard Stern about how "the whole gang" recently met up for dinner at Cox's home. Aniston said that they "all happened to have a window of time," so they hung out together and "laughed so hard."

"Lightning in a bottle," she said of the group.  The actress also said that she and her costars miss their show "every day."

The "Morning Show" star has talked about her stance on social media several times. Most recently, she and costar Witherspoon participated in an interview with The Telegraph and spoke about using social media to shut down incorrect tabloid reports.

Witherspoon recalled the time a magazine reported that she and Jennifer Garner were both pregnant, and how the two stars dispelled the report via social media.

"Fifteen years ago [our image] was prescribed by a journalist," Witherspoon said, "Now we have the chance to be in control of our own narrative."

"That is appealing," Aniston said in response. "I've got to get on social media."

Aniston also told "Entertainment Tonight" that she was intrigued by the idea of having more agency and being able to "right some wrongs and some silly things that, God knows, are said often."

For the October 2019 issue of InStyle, the actress said that social media results in "comparing and despairing." Prior to that, she told the magazine that she enjoyed occasionally secretly going on apps like Instagram.

"I will totally admit that I can dip into Instagram and sort of be a secret voyeur," she said in the September 2018 issue of InStyle. "I'm a creeper."

"I've been with people who spend maybe an hour figuring out this one post, and you're like, 'That just took up an hour of your life, and it's gone in 60 seconds,'" she added. "It feels like we are losing connection. I think we're losing conversation."

In December 2018, Aniston told Elle magazine that she preferred to stay off social media for the sake of privacy.

"The one thing I have is maintaining this little circle of sanctity that's my own, she said. "If I'm sitting here posting something about my dogs or I'm Boomeranging my coffee mug in the morning, that's just giving away one more piece of something that is mine."

"Move fast and break things" may be Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's much-quoted motto, but he may want to pass it on to one of his platform's newest, record-setting users: Jennifer Aniston.

The 50-year-old "Friends" star joined Instagram on Tuesday morning. If that wasn't enough to cause a stir, the first photo she posted from her account was a selfie featuring her fellow costars from the beloved show: Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), David Schwimmer (Ross Geller), and Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing).

Almost immediately, news of Aniston's Instagram debut led to an influx of followers, likes, and comments — which spurred technical problems and made it difficult for some users to follow Aniston's account.

But while the issues have since been resolved, there are some things that remain broken. Guinness World Records announced on Wednesday that Aniston had broken the record for the fastest time for an Instagram account to reach 1 million followers, reaching the milestone in just five hours and 16 minutes.

Before that, the record belonged to the K-pop star Kang Daniel, who reached 1 million followers in 11 hours and 36 minutes.

Jennifer Aniston finally joined Instagram after resisting the urge, but she had a low key "stalker account" beforehand.

"The most reluctant person to join Instagram," the 50-year-old actress said of herself during an appearance on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Wednesday. "It's kind of crazy."

When asked what prompted her to make an account, Aniston said that she didn't know, but "a lot of people" talked her into it.

"What you resist, persists, so what the hay," she said, adding that she's "just trying to build to build content, as they say" on her page.

It's sort of like a "finsta": a portmanteau for "fake Instagram," a secondary, sometimes-private account where people post photos they don't want to put on their main accounts. There's a whole sect of celebrities who have finsta accounts— including Sophie Turner, Ariana Grande , and Justin Bieber — but they're known to the public.

But the secret accounts belonging to Lawrence and Aniston are completely unknown and not used for posting photos unworthy of their main accounts. I personally have a second Instagram account I use strictly for following influencers and creators that doesn't post or even have a profile photo.

In the same interview where she talked about having a "voyeur" social-media presence, Lawrence also voiced her distaste for the internet, saying that it breeds "backlash" and has "scorned" her in the past. Despite her objections, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Lawrence publicly joining social media in the future. Long before joining Instagram, Aniston frequently made comments about staying off of social media. She told Vogue in 2017 that she hadn't made any social-media accounts in order to maintain her "sanity."

"Now you have social media and you've added this extra pressure of seeing if someone likes or doesn't like something you did," Aniston told Vogue. "We're creating these man-made challenges and it's a such a drag."

With all that buildup, it's no surprise Aniston's Instagram debut on Tuesday was monumental. Her first post was a selfie of herself alongside her "Friends" costars. Almost immediately, news of Aniston's Instagram debut led to an influx of followers, likes, and comments — which spurred technical problems and made it difficult for some users to follow Aniston's account.

Additionally, Aniston's popularity even broke a world record: Guinness World Records said on Wednesday that Aniston had broken the record for the fastest time for an Instagram account to reach 1 million followers, reaching the milestone in just five hours and 16 minutes.

Jennifer Aniston has responded after "breaking" Instagram with a photograph of her and her "Friends" co-stars.

The 50-year-old actor joined the platform on Tuesday and within hours after her first post, a selfie that featured Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry, Instagram reported it was experiencing technical difficulties.

The post proved so popular that some users could not access Aniston's profile and follow her.

Shortly after the post, Guinness World Records announced that Aniston had set a new record for being the fastest Instagram account to reach one million followers, which she accrued in five hours and 16 minutes.

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon say they fast for 16 hours every day and never eat in the morning

Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are both fans of intermittent fasting, in which you increase the daily overnight window where you don't eat food.

The actors and costars of "The Morning Show," which launches on Apple TV Plus on November 1, told the UK magazine Radio Times that they shunned solid food for 16 hours every day, leaving them a window of eight hours for eating.

"I do intermittent fasting, so there's no food in the morning," Aniston, 50, told the magazine.

"I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours."

While some advocates of intermittent fasting say that all you should consume during fasting hours is water and tea or coffee without milk or sweetener, both Aniston and Witherspoon said they preferred to stick to a liquid diet in the mornings, drinking juice and coffee.

Aniston said she's a night owl and usually wakes up at around 8:30 or 9 a.m.

"Today, I woke up and had a celery juice," Aniston said. "Then I started to brew some coffee, but I don't drink coffee that early."

The actor said she fed her dogs, meditated, and worked out before drinking her coffee.

Witherspoon added: "I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning."

A post shared by Reese Witherspoon (@reesewitherspoon) on Oct 15, 2019 at 12:43pm PDT on

Her morning routine, however, starts somewhat earlier than Aniston's. She said her 7-year-old son wakes her up at 5:30 or 6 a.m.

Witherspoon, 43, said that she is in fact a morning person but doesn't love exercising early.

"I find it really hard to work out before 7:30 a.m. But that's the time I start one: 7:30 a.m,," she said. "I probably do that six days a week."

Though Aniston said she works out one fewer day a week than her costar, Witherspoon said she often asks Aniston for "well-being" advice because she "knows so much about health and fitness."

"Well, we want to thrive, right?" Aniston said. "We're just beginning."

Intermittent fasting has health benefits

Intermittent fasting has become increasingly popular in recent years, and studies have found a slew of health benefits, from lower blood pressure to increased longevity.

While some people fast to lose weight, many experts agree that the main reason it may lead to weight loss is that having a smaller window of eating means you're likely to eat fewer calories.

"This type of fasting often results in the consumption of fewer calories overall, which contributes to weight loss," Sue Ryskamp, a dietitian at the University of Michigan, said earlier this year.

Rhiannon Lambert, a registered nutritionist, agrees, writing that "the overall picture is that this is most likely due to overall calorie reduction, rather than the results of the fasting diet itself."

Research by Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, published in the British Medical Journal in January found that skipping breakfast could help people lose weight.

Read more:There's even more evidence that skipping breakfast might help you lose weight

David Higgins, a Hollywood personal trainer and physical therapist who has worked with the likes of Margot Robbie, previously told Insider that he thinks breakfast is overrated.

Read more:Margot Robbie's personal trainer thinks breakfast is overrated, and he says there are 2 clear benefits to fasting in the morning

But intermittent fasting doesn't have to mean skipping breakfast: If you prefer to eat in the morning, you can have your final meal earlier in the day and begin your fast after that.

It needn't be a 16-hour fast either — some people start by splitting their day into 12 hours for eating and 12 hours for fasting and then gradually increase the fasting window.

Intermittent fasting isn't for everyone

Many nutritionists and dietitians have pointed out that intermittent fasting may not work for everyone, as some people simply function better when they eat throughout the day.

"Fasting can be a slippery slope to unhealthy habits and a screwy relationship with food," Jessica Cording, a registered dietitian, wrote for Shape magazine in August.

She added that for most people, it simply isn't a sustainable way to live and eat.

Lambert said that fasting could lead to fatigue, mood changes, low energy levels, and overeating.

"If you enjoy breakfast, then there is no need to fast until lunchtime because someone else lost weight from it," she said.

"There is no 'magic' behind intermittent fasting, and it is not superior as a weight-loss tool, but it is an interesting area of research that may well expand."

Jennifer Aniston has only been on Instagram for a week, but she's already proving to be a master of social media.

Aniston gave her 15.6 million followers a behind-the-scenes peek into a recent photo shoot on Monday, revealing that reality is hardly as glamorous as it appears on the cover of a magazine.

The photo shows Aniston with a disgruntled look on her face as she waits to pose for the camera in a cozy white sweater, white socks, and gold sandals.

Chris McMillan, her longtime hairstylist, appears to be tying Aniston's locks into a braid, while another stylist adjusts one of her socks.

"I'm just a girl...standing with hair and makeup. A stylist. A photographer. A lighting crew, wind machine, props, and a computer...asking you to think I woke up like this," Aniston wrote in the caption, putting a new spin on Julia Roberts' iconic quote from "Notting Hill" and the famous Beyoncé lyric.

The photo was an instant hit on Aniston's Instagram, racking up more than five million likes and plenty of comments from fellow celebrities, including her ex-husband Justin Theroux.

"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland commented that the "Friends" star had "already mastered Instagram," while producer Aleen Keshishian wrote that only Aniston could "look that hot in socks and sandals."

"Truth is you kinda do look like that when you wake up," added actress Rita Wilson.

Aniston made sure to give credit to the people involved in the photo shoot, tagging McMillan along with makeup artist Tracey Levey, her stylist team Nina and Clare Hallworth, and photographer Peggy Sirota

The photo shoot was for the cover of Variety's Power of Women issue. Aniston was one of the magazine's six honorees, alongside Mariah Carey, Awkwafina, Chaka Khan, Brie Larson, and Dana Walden, the chairman of Disney Television Studios and ABC Entertainment.

Aniston joined Instagram on October 15 with an epic selfie alongside her "Friends" costars Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and Matthew Perry.

Her debut Instagram post received so much attention that it briefly led to technical problems on the app and even broke the Guinness World Record for the quickest Instagram account to reach one million followers.

It took Aniston just five hours and 16 minutes to reach the milestone, unseating the record previously held by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's official Instagram account @sussexroyal.

In the past, Aniston said she opted to stay off social media to maintain a small slice of privacy in her life

"The one thing I have is maintaining this little circle of sanctity that's my own, she told Elle Magazine in 2018. "If I'm sitting here posting something about my dogs or I'm Boomeranging my coffee mug in the morning, that's just giving away one more piece of something that is mine."

But Aniston, who next appears in the Apple TV+ series "The Morning Show" alongside Reese Witherspoon, has already become a favorite on Instagram, opting for candid posts and grainy photos rather than slick picture-perfect shots.

Aniston recently spoke about how she discovered her own voice and "what it meant to have a platform to use it."

During Variety's Power of Women luncheon on October 11, Aniston revealed that a parental figure once ordered her to leave the dinner table because she "didn't have anything interesting to add to the conversation." She was just 11 years old.

"I carried that sentence with me into adulthood," Aniston added.

But after "Friends" aired, Aniston said she realized just how powerful her voice could be.

"I started meeting all of these people who expressed to me how much the show meant to them — how it lifted their spirits during a bad breakup or got them through an illness. I was just so incredibly moved by that," she said. "And I began to change the way I thought about my own voice."

"These last two years have really made me think a lot about the messages we send young kids — little girls especially," she added. "How the things we say and do can either build them up — or tear them down. And make them feel like maybe their voices don't matter."

  • The "Ant-Man" actor Paul Rudd said on SiriusXM's "The Howard Stern Show" on Wednesday that he and the "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston had an awkward moment together on the last day of the show's filming.
  • "So Jennifer and Marta Kauffman, the writer, they were hugging and crying, and I would just go over and join the embrace and say, 'Guys, what a ride,'" Rudd said.
  • The actor said he was excited about being a part of the iconic show but didn't feel quite as emotional as the stars when "Friends" ended.
  • "It bombed," Rudd, who appeared on the final season of the show, said of his attempted joke with Aniston and Kauffman, adding that "it's like, 'Dude, read the room.'"
  • Visit Insider's homepage for more stories.

The "Living with Yourself" actor Paul Rudd said he and the "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston had an awkward moment together on the last day of the show's filming.

Rudd, who joined "Friends" for its final two seasons, told Howard Stern on Wednesday that he was so thrilled to be on the show that he made a poorly timed joke during the final, emotional day of filming.

"So Jennifer and Marta Kauffman, the writer, they were hugging and crying, and I would just go over and join the embrace and say, 'Guys, what a ride,'" the actor said on Wednesday's "The Howard Stern Show" on SiriusXM, adding: "It bombed. Yeah, I bombed.

"That is a common thing, where, you know, the joke gene kicks in, and it's like, 'Dude, read the room,'" Rudd told Stern.

Rudd attributed his attempted joke to his excitement to be a part of the legendary sitcom — but he said the rest of the show's stars were feeling far more emotional than he was.

"With the last episode of 'Friends,' that was a massive story," Rudd said, adding that the final day of filming was "an emotional experience" for most of the cast.

"They'd been there for 10 years. They'd grown up with each other on this show. And I'm still in that — 'Oh my God, I can't believe, there's that 'Jouets' sign that's hanging over the television,'" the actor said, referring to the set decor.

On Stern's show, Rudd also spoke about running over Aniston's foot with a Segway on his first day of filming — and managing to stay on "Friends" despite injuring the show's star.

Jennifer Aniston's record-breaking debut on Instagram highlights 'The Aniston Effect' as her 'Friends' costars each gain over 1 million followers

instagram jennifer aniston friends crowdtangle

Jennifer Aniston has attracted over 16.5 million followers since joining Instagram a mere 10 days ago, but she's not the only celebrity to see a massive boost on the platform since her debut.

Aniston's costars on "Friends" have each seen their Instagram followings grow by more than a million followers since the actress joined the platform on Oct. 15, according to analysis from Facebook-owned tool CrowdTangle. That excludes Matthew Perry, the actor who played Chandler Bing, as he doesn't have an Instagram account.

The day Aniston debuted her Instagram account was an eventful day for the platform: The influx of followers to Aniston's account caused technical issues for many users, and Aniston set a Guinness World Record by hitting 1 million followers in just five hours and 16 minutes.

As of Friday, Aniston already has more followers than her four fellow Friends costars on Instagram have combined.

Up until Oct. 15, the Instagram accounts for the four fellow "Friends" Instagrammers —  Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), and David Schwimmer (Ross Geller) — were each only accruing just a few thousand followers per day. Aniston then joined Instagram and posted her first photo: a selfie with her five "Friends" costars. In that first day, each of the four Instagram costars gained around 500,000 followers, according to CrowdTangle.

Considering "Friends" ended 15 years ago, there's logically no other reason the "Friends" costars saw their Instagram following's boost so significantly other than Aniston's emergence onto the platform. The actress's influence is a trend we can attribute to The Aniston Effect (shoutout to CrowdTangle for the name).

It's a nod to the term Time penned back in 2013 to explain Angelina Jolie's influence on the world: Whe she adopted a child from Ethiopia, US adoptions of Ethiopian babies reportedly doubled. When she revealed she had a double mastectomy because of her genetically-caused higher risk of developing breast cancer, the number of women getting similar genetic testing skyrocketed.

The boost to the Instagram accounts of Aniston's "Friends" costars may also shed light on just how intense the loyalty of the TV sitcom' cult following remains. Fans in droves were heartbroken when Netflix said in July that "Friends" would no longer be available for streaming come 2020 (the TV show is moving to WarnerMedia's HBO Max, who reportedly paid $425 million for the rights).

There hasn't been a new episode of "Friends" since 2004, but the show was just a starting off point for the illustrious acting career of Aniston, whose net worth is an estimated $240 million. Aniston is starring alongside Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carrell in a series called "The Morning Show," which will premier in the fall exclusively on Apple's new subscription streaming service, Apple TV Plus.

Although she just officially joined Instagram this month, Aniston is already taking measures to ensure she's doesn't become "addicted" to the app.

"I decided to get two phones," the actress told The Los Angeles Times."So one sits in my office and when that [Instagramming] has to happen, I'll commit to that."

People are paying $5,500 for temporary butt and breast injections to look more like celebrities on Halloween, according to a plastic surgeon

If your idea of going all-out for Halloween involves wearing a wig and heavy makeup, consider yourself one-upped.

Some people are now requesting lip fillers, cheek fillers, butt injections, and breast injections so they can look more like the celebrities they want to emulate on Halloween.

Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe told Insider that in recent years, he's noticed an uptick in requests for temporary fillers at his New York City-based practice in the days and weeks leading up to the holiday.

According to Rowe, between 10 and 15 of his patients come into the office in the week or two before Halloween explicitly requesting "Kylie Jenner lips" for the holiday which he achieves using lip filler injections that contain hyaluronic acid. These last anywhere between six and 12 months.

Then, on the day before Halloween, Rowe said people specifically request InstaBreast and InstaButt procedures — two body modification techniques he said he has become known for in the past five years — because they want to enhance their Halloween costumes for upcoming parties.

These Insta-procedures involve injecting saline, a salt and water solution, into the butt or breasts, causing them to temporarily swell up and give the areas fuller and perkier appearances. The results only stick for 24 hours — just enough time to turn heads at a Halloween party but not at work the day after.

All types of people are requesting the temporary injections to look like Jennifer Aniston or Kim Kardashian

According to Rowe, half of the people who have requested these injections are existing patients and the other half are people new customers who have never had injectables before.

When they get to Rowe's office for their Halloween-related appointment, they "name names," Rowe said, adding that the celebrity names cited most often as costume inspiration include Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Serena and Venus Williams, and Jennifer Aniston.

"A few years ago, Jennifer Aniston was highly requested because people wanted that girl-next-door look," Rowe said, "so I'd give them cheek fillers."

The injections Rowe offers are safe, but they come at a price

According to Rowe, the Halloween-inspired saline injections he provides are medically safe.

There are still some risks to these injections. According to the Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, when the saline injections wear off it can cause a loose appearance in the breasts if a woman is older or naturally has looser, less elastic skin. With any injection, there's also the risk of infection.

Injections aren't budget-friendly either. In Rowe's office, lip fillers cost around $500, cheek fillers are $1,000, InstaBreast saline injections are $4,500, and InstaButt saline injections are $5,500.
